About Pro Essentials

​As a Tampa Bay-based company, Pro Essentials provides the most versatile meal management backpacks and accessories to ensure everyone has access to high quality meals regardless of where they are. Pro essentials was created for those who are always on the go and sick of carrying too many bags. 

Ceo and Founder: Natalie Zoccoli

Growing up Natalie struggled  with her weight. Natalie was at her lowest and knew that she wanted and needed change and finally took control of her path. She began doing research, prioritizing nutrition, and working out to reach her fitness goals. Throughout her journey, she realized the importance of meal prepping when it comes to consistency and success in regards to health and physique. Natalie completed changed her lifestyle and diet and started meal prepping daily. Fast forward to college, where she began her journey as an amateur bodybuilder and soon realized the intensity of meal prep within the bodybuilding community. Struggling to find a convenient solution to enjoy her carefully prepared meals on the go truly sparked the idea of Pro Essentials. Natalie now resides in Tampa, Florida, pursuing her passion for fitness and health as a certified personal trainer, competitive athlete, and CEO/founder of Pro Essentials.

Co-Founder: Taylor Parrish

Taylor started her fitness journey back in 2013, always in and out of the gym. As a former athlete for most of her life, she wanted to continue that competitive nature she had with sports when she started college in 2013. This led her to find a passion for crossfit and she soon became a personal trainer at her college gym. After college she then continued her career as a private personal trainer which then led her into bodybuilding. Taylor is currently an online health and fitness coach and Co-founder of Pro Essentials. She is a nationally qualified bodybuilder on her journey to earning her pro card. Taylor focuses on helping her current and future athletes obtain overall good health, and learn how to build better habits around eating, training, stressors, and anything related to functional health.
