What makes our backpacks different?
Our backpacks have a designated, fully insulated compartment with a detachable shelf for storing meals, alongside a thinly insulated compartment on top and a spacious laptop sleeve. Each compartment is secured with waterproof zippers and durable nylon, ensuring protection against the elements. Additionally, our extra protective guard on the bottom shields the backpack from rough surfaces. These features make our backpacks versatile, durable, and perfect for carrying everything you need in various settings, from outdoor adventures to daily commutes.
How do I track my order?
You can easily track your Pro Essentials orders through the tracking number provided through your email after purchase.
Payments
Pro Essentials products can be purchased with Debit/Credit, Paypal, Apple Pay.
Shipping
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Transit time via USPS/UPS ranges from 3-10 days on average. There may be delays in shipment and arrival dates are not guaranteed.
An email with a tracking number will be sent automatically to the email address that you input at checkout once your order is processed. This can take a couple of hours or up to a few days. Please ensure that there are no spelling errors in your email address. Please check your Spam folder.
After your order is picked up by our shipping carrier and leaves our facility, Pro Essentials is no longer liable for your order. Lost packages, missed deliveries, and damages caused by the shipping company must be addressed with the shipping company directly.
Can I return or exchange an item I purchased?
Items can be exchanged or returned using the Pro Essentials company number or email on our website or tracking number email. Item confirmation numbers will be required for return, exchange, or refund.
